Singer Songwriter

About Me

My name is Chloe Marie Aston and I have been singing since I was six. That was when I started going to a club called Star Train in Barnstaple, unfortunately the lady who ran it became ill and the club finished. I then spent about 6 months at Platform 2 in Bideford before finding the perfect club in Ilfracombe called Make the Move. I am also part of the School Drama Club called Stage Right. When I get the opportunity I have private singing lessons with Linsey Jephcot and I have just started taking guitar lessons with Joe Steer.

I enjoy dancing and acting but I enjoy singing the most. I have always wanted to be a singer through my childhood I have always loved the song part of your world from the little mermaid. When I was 7 I got the chance to sing it in a talent show at a holiday park which I won! I have been involved in many shows in various venues including the Landmark Theatre and Exeter Cathedral. At 11 I played the part of a young girl in “Dead Famous” at the Ilfracombe Parish church. I stared in Seussical the Musical and got the part as Gertrude Mcfuzz which is the biggest part I have had yet!

I would really like to sing at weddings and other social events. I would like to help make your day very special.

Chloe Marie Aston.

A young girl was playing piano at the harbour. The piano was attached to her bicycle. She had a beautiful voice which added to the wonderful atmosphere of the harbour.

My daughter is 10yrs old and absolutely loves your music. She used to sing all of the time, but stopped due to years of bullying and feeling she is different to everyone else (we have discovered in the past year that she has autism/aspergers). I showed her your last video 2 evenings ago. I heard her singing again in her bedroom last night for the first time in a long time. You have inspired a very sad little girl to believe that being quirky and brave (which you are to sing and play in public) is a wonderful thing. Thank you xx

Dear Chloe,

My wife Jitka and I would like to take a moment to thank you for making it possible for Terry Miles to play your unique piano-bike in Ilfracombe recently. As you might have guessed, Terry is a formidable piano player; his music has certainly helped us get through the pandemic and all the mayhem caused by the current American president. Watching and listening to him play on your piano on wheels this evening was a pleasant surprise, and surely was a moving experience for him….

Kudos and regards to your father for his involvement in creation of such a delightful mobile instrument.
